1/4/25: The Glencree Women's Leadership Programme is now inviting expressions of interest for our next mediation training residential which will take place in May (date to be confirmed).
This second in our series of four residential training sessions to be held in 2025 will focus on Perceptions and Cognitive Bias, together with an introduction to Principled Negotiation Theory and Practice.

Key learning outcomes from this 1.5 day residential will include an understanding of:
This Call for Expressions of interest follows from the hugely successfully first of four mediation training residentials which was held in Dundalk last week. In this session, participants engaged in intensive learning on conflict dynamics and core mediation skills. This training provided essential tools to help women peacebuilders navigate and mediate conflicts in their communities.
This latest in our Women's Leadership Programme training is part of a wider plan to support our All-Island Women's Network members in navigating difficult conversations and mediating conflicts within communities throughout 2025. For Network members interested in further developing their mediation skills, this training provides an excellent foundation, regardless of prior experience.
If you aren't already a member of our All-Island Women's Peacebuilding Network, we invite you to email amina.moustafa@glencree.ie to get your membership registration underway.
