In 2020, she worked with Innovate Dublin in Ballymun on the ‘Youthreach Academy Programme’ supporting early school leavers in the areas of creative thinking and practical project management skills. Her passion for people and processes, underpinned by best practice to relevant standards, led Helen to join the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation as Corporate Services Executive in August 2021.
