22/09/24: Glencree Women's Leadership Programme hosted 3 mediation practice sessions with Sharon Crooks across August and September for those who attended one of our introductory mediation trainings or experienced in mediation. These sessions focused on refreshing our understanding of the mediation process and building confidence as a mediator, and included role-play scenarios followed by a debrief.
