Barbara Walshe, Chair of the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation presented Glencree’s work at the annual Conference of the Teresian Association in Avila, Spain recently.
The theme of this year’s conference was Reconciliation, Forgiveness and Mercy. A Christian organisation, called after St Teresa of Avila, the Teresian Association is made up of lay people working for social justice in 30 countries worldwide through educational, socio-cultural and humanitarian work. It has thousands of members and collaborators.
