The Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation was delighted to attend the Bastille Day celebrations hosted by H.E. Ms Céline Place, Ambassador of France to Ireland, and Mr Tancrède de La Morinerie, in the gardens of the Residence of France in Dublin.
It was a wonderful opportunity to mark France’s National Day and to celebrate the longstanding friendship between France and Ireland.
Dr Aisling Hearns was delighted to meet H.E. Vanya Andreeva-Malakova, Ambassador of Bulgaria to Ireland, and H.E. Sophie Katsarava, Ambassador of Georgia to Ireland, at the Bastille Day celebrations. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with members of the diplomatic community and discuss the importance of dialogue, peacebuilding, and international collaboration.
