27/2/25: H.E. Melitta Schubert, Ambassador of Austria to Ireland, invited Glencree to address the EU Heads of Mission in Ireland to explore developments in peace and reconciliation on the island of Ireland.
At an informal lunch hosted by Ambassador Schubert, Glencree CEO, Naoimh McNamee, and Community & Political Dialogue Programme Manager, Pat Hynes, shared insights on the evolving relationship between Ireland and Northern Ireland, highlighting both progress and challenges in sustaining peace.
The exchange underscored the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation, with many participants expressing appreciation for Glencree’s long-standing role in fostering understanding and building relationships across divides.
