PAVING THE PATH TO PEACE: CIVIL SOCIETY AND THE NORTHERN IRELAND PEACE PROCESS

26/4/23: Glencree’s Pat Hynes, the Head of our Community and Political Dialogue Programme Team, was pleased to share his thoughts and nearly 30 years of experience at the at the conference “Paving the Path to Peace: Civil Society and the Northern Ireland Peace Process in the MAC Theatre, Belfast on 26 April.

Pat has been working in mediation and facilitated dialogue for 30 years or so, as a central and vital part of the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation’s supportive role in the Northern Ireland Peace Process. Pat Hynes and the wider team, including renowned mediator Geoffrey Corry, learned many key lessons along the way.
