Last weekend, our staff and Board came together for a visioning workshop and the energy in the room was inspiring. This was more than a workshop. It was a decisive step toward shaping the next chapter of Glencree’s impact.
Grounded in our core values of respect, inclusivity, trust, compassion, and courage, we challenged ourselves to think bigger, act braver, and lead with even greater clarity of purpose. We reflected on where we are, where the world needs us to be, and how we can continue to create transformative spaces for dialogue, reconciliation, and justice.
The strong engagement and depth of insight shared by both staff and Board reaffirmed something powerful: Glencree is not standing still. We are evolving intentionally and ambitiously to meet the complex challenges of our time.
