Anand Joseph is Programme Financial Accountant at the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation with international experience in financial management, auditing, compliance, and operational support across Ireland, the UAE, and India. In his professional journey, he has developed strong expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll administration, and process improvement, with a consistent focus on accuracy, accountability, and collaboration.

Before joining Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation, Anand worked in accounting and audit roles supporting organizations across diverse sectors, including financial services, hospitality, and consultancy. He is particularly valued for his detail-oriented approach, integrity, and ability to support efficient and transparent financial operations.

Anand holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Technological University of the Shannon and has completed intermediate-level Chartered Accountancy studies with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a finalist with Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is passionate about contributing his skills to mission-driven organizations that create positive social impact and foster meaningful community engagement.
