Ciarán Ó Cuinn is an expert in strategy, public policy and peace processes. He spent a decade as Special Adviser at three Irish ministries largely focused on the Irish Peace Process. He advises governments on strategy, policy and peace processes. In his work in the Middle East he is engaged in multilateral dialogue between the core parties of the Middle East Peace Process and developing multilateral models that use transboundary environmental issues such as water and climate change in the service of a peace process. He leads MEDRC, the sole surviving institution of the Multilateral Peace Process in the Middle East.
