Des is a trusted advisor for numerous high-profile public and private sector clients on procuring, negotiating and managing Property, Facilities and Catering Services contracts. Des has held key leadership roles in large multinationals and smalls SMEs alike throughout this career. Following 6 years living in the US and working in operations and senior HR roles, Des returned to Ireland to head of the Franchise and Licensing division of the Campbell Bewley Group, then becoming Head of Sales for Aramark Ireland, one of Irelands’ largest employers. In 2010, Des set-up Authenticate to work independently and directly with clients to advise them on their service contracts from full strategic commercial reviews to devising and managing tenders and ongoing contract management support.

Des has BSc in Management Science from Trinity College, a marketing Degree from DIT (now TUD) and obtained a Certificate and a Diploma (with Distinction) in Company Direction as part of the Chartered Directorship program of the Institute of Directors, Ireland.
