Naoimh has been at the helm of the Glencree Centre for Peace & Reconciliation since late 2017, during which time she has led significant organisational change with an emphasis on increasing stability and embedding a greater business focus within the organisation, to enable the peacebuilding programmes to thrive.

She is an experienced leader, with a fervour for strategic human resource management and building high performing teams. Naoimh is an accredited mediator (MCIArb), with qualifications in International Relations (DCU) and International Security & Global Governance (Birkbeck). She has held a number of roles in both London and Dublin in the not-for-profit, political, legal, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and management consultancy sectors. Naoimh has an innate passion for Glencree and the reconciliation work of the organisation.
