Val has been at the heart of Glencree's administrative team since 2011 working closely with the Programme Managers and Facilitators across Glencree's core programmes. She also co-ordinates all events and activities that take place as part of the programmatic work and for the wider Glencree organisation. Before joining Glencree, Val was part of the administration team at Phoenix Assurance Company followed by 23 years at M.S.F. Union, now Unite, as Office Administrator.
